Harissa
Harissa is a North African paste or sauce. It’s a Tunisian specialty. Harissa is made from red chili’s, garlic and a medley of spices including cumin, caraway and coriander with olive oil. You can buy harissa paste in a jar at most grocery stores, and can last up to a year in the fridge opened. It’s a great addition to couscous or poultry, meat, vegetables and meat.
